Set of 4 Arne Jacobsen Series 7 Dining chairs for Fritz Hansen (1976)
Description:
A stylish and authentic set of four 'Series 7' dining chairs (Model 3107) in black stained veneer, designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen.
This is an original vintage set produced in 1976. Three of the four chairs have the original yellow cover cap on the underside, including the FH-logo, 'Made in Denmark', the date stamp (1976) and the Danish Furnituremakers Control quality mark. The fourth chair is missing this plastic cap, but it is, of course, an identical and original piece from the same set.
Condition:
The chairs are in beautiful vintage condition with light, characteristic signs of wear on the wood and base, consistent with their age. The wooden backrests of all four chairs are still completely sturdy and firm (no breaks or bent backs).
