ProfessionalProduct description
Discover the elegance of a set of three small bowls from the 1970s, crafted in Portugal by Secla, a renowned name in Portuguese ceramics. These vintage Secla bowls embody the charm and quality of mid-century design, showcasing classic Portuguese craftsmanship. Each bowl is in good vintage condition, only a small broken fruit branch in one of the bowls, that doesn't interfere with its functionality. The other two are free from chips or cracks. Each bowl has different colors, red, blue and turquoise, and attached to each bowl has some fruits, which gives the set a fun look. The timeless design and durable construction highlight Secla's dedication to fine pottery, ensuring these bowls remain a cherished addition to your tableware collection. Perfect for serving small portions, snacks, or as unique décor pieces, these bowls blend seamlessly with various styles, from retro to modern.
The Secla factory was founded in Caldas da Rainha in 1947 (ended in 2008).
SECLA, Sociedade de Exportação e Cerâmica SA. Was a Portuguese manufacturing company which, based in Caldas da Rainha, is one of the main exporters of earthenware.
SECLA's products were exported to several countries around the world, in particular to the USA, England, Germany and France. In addition to tableware, kitchenware and oven (ovenware), it also produced decorative tableware such as vases and jars, among other references.
