Description
Set of three vintage Danish design chairs attributed to Kay Kørbing, dating from around 1956.
The chairs feature sculptural white/grey plastic seats and chrome-plated metal legs, reflecting the distinctive Scandinavian design of the mid-century period.
The undersides bear embossed markings reading “Kay Kørbing – Architect M.A.A. Copenhagen”, “Kørbing Design” and “Pat. No. 1956-KK13876”, as well as “J. Thorbals Eftf. – Copenhagen – Denmark”.
The chairs are in used vintage condition, with visible signs of age and wear, including some oxidation and discoloration on the metal legs and minor surface marks. Please refer to the photographs for details.
