Product description
Set of two matching vintage wall cabinets from the 1960s, made of teak veneer with contrasting grey back panels. One of the cabinets features a secretaire element with a fold-down worktop. When opened, a spacious desk/writing surface is created, supported by the original metal flap stays. When closed, this element is recognizable by its characteristic wooden 'smile' handle. The second cabinet offers various open compartments and closed storage space. Both elements can be used side-by-side as one large wall unit, but can also be placed separately. Manufacturer and designer have not been definitively identified and are therefore not attributed. Condition: The cabinets have deliberately been kept in their original vintage condition and show clear signs of use. There are scratches, discolorations, and stains on various wooden parts. In the grey back panels, multiple holes/openings are present, presumably made for cable routing or previous mounting. Small damages are also present locally. The photos are part of the condition description. Not restored and offered in its current state.
