Product description
These Vintage Swivel Armchairs come from the DDR design tradition (East Germany) and date back to the 1970s. They represent the typical aesthetic of the era: straight geometric lines, comfortable armrests, and a sturdy 4-star metal swivel base.
The armchairs combine brown faux leather upholstery on the frame and backrest with a retro checkered textile seat cushion in warm tones of beige, brown, and yellow. This material pairing was characteristic of East-German mid-century modern furniture.
Both armchairs are in excellent vintage condition, with no scratches or visible damage. The swivel mechanism works smoothly and reliably.
