A Scandinavian teak secretary desk from the 1960s, resting on tapered legs typical of Nordic design. The piece consists of an upper section with open shelves forming a bookcase, above a writing surface with a retractable sliding writing surface, concealed beneath two small central drawers. The lower section features three large storage drawers, offering ample storage capacity. The piece is distinguished by its clean, functional lines, characteristic of Scandinavian modernism, as well as by the quality of its veneer and its warm color. Good original condition, with a light patina consistent with age and use.
