This is a screen print by the artist Ben Hens, dated 1984. The work depicts an abstract composition with geometric shapes and subtle use of color typical of the artist's style during that period.
The screen print is executed on paper and features a passe-partout. The work is framed in a dark frame with a silver-colored inner edge. The composition combines earth tones such as brown and beige with soft green and blue tones. It is a limited edition, with this particular piece numbered 100/200 and hand-signed by the artist.
The artwork is in good condition, commensurate with its age. The colors have been well preserved, and the work is ready to be hung immediately.
There is a tear in the corner of the frame.
This abstract screen print fits well in a modern or eclectic interior. The work comes into its own particularly well in a living room, study, or hallway, where it forms an understated yet characterful addition to the space.
