Product description
This extendable dining table by Schuitema is a refined example of furniture art in the Art Nouveau tradition. The design is characterized by the striking inlay on the round tabletop, which forms an organic, floral motif typical of the design language of this period.
The table is crafted from high-quality wood with a warm, brown finish that emphasizes the natural grain structure. The ingenious extension system makes it possible to transform the round table into a spacious oval dining table by means of additional extension leaves. The sturdy legs feature subtle, geometric woodcarving details at the top, contributing to the architectural appearance of the furniture.
The furniture is in good condition, commensurate with its age and use. The construction is solid and the extension mechanism functions properly, making the table a valuable addition that is both practical and aesthetic.
This Schuitema dining table comes into its own perfectly in a classic or eclectic interior. The furniture offers an elegant foundation for elaborate dinners and forms a stylish centerpiece in the dining room.
