Product description
This four-drawer chest was manufactured by Schreiber, a well-known British furniture maker of the mid-century period, dating from the 1970s. The piece is finished in teak veneer and features Schreiber's distinctive sculpted, concentric-ring drawer pulls, a hallmark of the brand's design language from this era. The bottom drawer is noticeably deeper than the three above it, giving the chest useful graduated storage, and it sits on small integrated castors that let it be repositioned with ease. With its compact footprint and warm teak finish, it suits a bedroom, entryway, or as a versatile storage piece in a living room. Condition and Character Original condition with minor signs of use. The teak veneer shows light, age-appropriate wear, including visible scratches to the top surface consistent with decades of use. All four drawers open and close smoothly, and the chest remains fully functional on its original castors. Please review the detailed photos closely to inspect the exact extent of the scratches before purchasing.
