Product description
A beautiful and atmospheric vintage painting by Jacques Bruynooghe, painted at the end of the 1960s (approx. 1968).
The work shows a beautiful, warm and southern scene of two young, white-brown hunting dogs (pointers/spaniels) moving side by side through a golden-yellow field or dune landscape (inspired by the dunes in Koksijde and Oostduinkerke). The painting stands out for its soft, dreamy brushwork, striking use of color, and charming, slightly naive depiction of the dogs and nature.
A unique eye-catcher for dog lovers, hunters, or collectors of authentic Belgian vintage art from the 1960s. As the work comes directly from the family, its provenance is 100% guaranteed.
