Product description
Large vintage ceramic vase from the German manufacturer Scheurich Keramik, model 517-30, produced in West Germany in the 1970s.
This imposing 30 cm high piece features a characteristic cylindrical silhouette, topped with a straight neck and a wide raised lip. Its decor plays on an elegant palette of browns, ochre, and beige, alternating wide horizontal bands and material effects.
The glossy glaze reveals different textures, including light areas with a granulated and cracked appearance that contrast with deep amber brown shades. The variations obtained during firing make each piece unique and give the vase a particularly warm and mineral look.
The underside bears the molded marking '517-30 W.GERMANY', corresponding to the model reference and its nominal height of 30 cm.
Very good general vintage condition. Some slight glaze and firing irregularities are visible, characteristic of this type of ceramic and its manufacture.
Dimensions: 30 cm high and approximately 13 cm wide.
