Scheurich 275-20 – Vintage Handled Vase with Abstract Decor – West Germany – 20 cm
Expressive vintage ceramic vase by the West German manufacturer Scheurich, model 275-20, presumably from the 1960s to 1970s.
The slender, cylindrical handled vase captivates with its extraordinary, rough and plastically structured surface in cream white.
A graphic, abstract decor of black and green leaf shapes, bright orange elements and fine vertical lines gives the vase a lively, modernist appeal.
The long, angular handle forms a charming contrast to the gently rounded vase body. The combination of rough surface structure, clear form and strong colors is characteristic of West German Mid-Century ceramics.
A decorative collector's item for lovers of West German Pottery, retro design and expressive vintage ceramics.
