This is a characteristic coffee table in Danish design from the sixties, made of rosewood. The most striking feature of this piece of furniture is the reversible tabletop, which offers two different aesthetic possibilities. One side is formica and the other side is coolly painted with oil paint by an artist. This artwork is protected by several layers of transparent boat varnish, which gives an incredibly beautiful effect on the color and depth of the artwork. The construction consists of a warm rosewood frame with elegantly tapered legs and a practical lower shelf for extra storage space. One side of the tabletop features a unique, hand-painted abstract pattern in vibrant colors, giving it an artistic and bohemian look. The other side is finished in a neutral, plain white formica, which provides a calmer and more minimalist appearance. The table is in good vintage condition, consistent with its age and use.
