Product description
✨ RARE & HISTORIC – Kahla GDR Hard-Grain Porcelain Platter ✨
Attention tableware and collectors! I am offering this large, deep salad bowl (or bowl) in hard-grain porcelain from the renowned German manufacturer Kahla, dating from the 1960s/1970s.
This is an authentic vintage piece, stamped on the base "Made in GDR" (East Germany), and featuring the very elegant "Blau Saks" (Saxony Blue) pattern. The stylized cobalt blue floral motif in the center provides a stunning contrast to the sky blue color of the piece.
📐 Features:
- Origin: East Germany (GDR)
- Style: Vintage Decor / Eastern European Collection
- Dimensions: 21 cm diameter
- Height: 9 cm
🔍 Condition:
The dish is in perfect vintage condition. The porcelain has retained all its original shine, smoothness, and colors. No chips, cracks, or missing pieces are visible.
A magnificent piece steeped in history, ideal for enhancing an everyday table setting or complementing a collector's set.
