Product description
This rare and large advertising counter pennant
is an exceptional historical testimony of
SABENA (Belgian World Airlines). Intended for display cases
and counters of official travel agencies, this
prestigious model features the famous tricolor emblem
registered and used by the Belgian national airline.
The graphic design masterfully combines a diagonal
structure evoking air corridors in Belgian colors
(black, yellow, red), topped with a royal blue triangle
with a golden star, a historical tribute to Congo.
Mounted on a superb and tall beveled frame in
chromed metal, the whole rests on a heavy circular
black bakelite base bearing the official SABENA stamp.
An authentic aeronautical museum piece,
of remarkable conservation quality, essential
for Memorabilia collectors.
