Product description
Designed by Marcel Breuer in the 1920s, this cantilever chair marks a milestone of the Bauhaus era. The revolutionary construction does away with traditional back legs, allowing the seat to appear weightless in space. As an authentic Thonet original, the chair proudly bears the renowned manufacturer's label. Cool, high-gloss chrome-plated tubular steel meets traditional Viennese cane weave. The black lacquered wooden frame and elegant armrests complete the composition. The piece has been carefully cleaned and presents itself in very good condition.
