About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a unique, handmade wooden chair that embodies the essence of brutalist and wabi-sabi aesthetics. The design is characterized by a robust, unrefined form that celebrates the natural texture and imperfections of the material.
The chair is entirely made of solid wood, with a construction that testifies to traditional craftsmanship. The seat is round and rests on four sturdy legs, with the back legs seamlessly transitioning into the structure of the backrest. The natural brown color of the wood is accentuated by a weathered patina, making each piece unique.
The overall condition is in line with the rustic and primitive style, where the signs of time and use contribute to the character of the object. The chair is structurally solid and retains its original, untreated finish, which emphasizes its authenticity.
As a standalone object or functional seating, this chair adds a powerful, sculptural element to an interior. It fits well within a minimalist, rustic, or eclectic decor where authenticity and character are appreciated.
