Product description
A striking space-age table lamp from the 1970s with a sculptural silhouette and distinctive ribbed surface. The lamp impresses with its almost futuristic design, reminiscent of industrial objects and Pop Art design of the era. The cylindrical body with its circumferential grooves is particularly characteristic, creating a strong visual presence in combination with the vibrant red paint. The interior of the body is made of stone or marble and was later painted red. This results in an interesting combination of solid material and a pop color scheme. The light shines directly from the cylindrical opening, creating a warm, atmospheric illumination.
Condition: Vintage condition with significant signs of age-related wear, including minor paint chips, scratches, and wear on the edges. It has been subsequently painted red. Technically functional.
