About the design
The Venice chest of drawers/console by Riva 1920 is a unique piece of furniture with a rich historical story. The wooden fronts of the drawers are crafted from authentic 'Briccole': the solid oak mooring posts that served for centuries in the Venice lagoon. The characteristic wood, marked by nature and shipworm, forms a beautiful contrast with the sleek, modern steel frame, making each piece an absolute 'one-of-a-kind' work of art.
Condition
This specific piece is a showroom model in excellent condition, retaining the unique, natural characteristics of the historic Venetian wood.
