This is an original wine rack designed by Richard Nissen for the Danish manufacturer Langaa. The design is characterized by a clever, modular wooden construction typical of mid-twentieth-century Scandinavian design.
The rack is made entirely of solid wood with a warm, brown finish. The construction consists of sturdy round wooden supports connected by thinner wooden crossbars, creating a stable and open structure. The design accommodates multiple bottles and bears the original 'Made in Langaa Danmark' stamp on one of the ends.
