About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This magnificent five-arm chandelier originating from the 1920s represents an exceptional example of interwar design in the Art Deco style. The overall appearance of the fixture is defined by a precise combination of beech veneered with walnut, glossy chromed steel, and elegant marbled glass shades, which highlights the refined material contrast and underscores the high craftsmanship of period artistic creation. The 1920s era was characterized by a pursuit of geometric purity, luxurious execution, and the perfect integration of utility with aesthetics, which is clearly visible in this solitaire piece. The item has undergone thorough and sensitive professional care, which included complete restoration and new electrification for five E27 bulbs. Thanks to this professional maintenance, the chandelier has been preserved in an excellent, visually attractive, and fully functional state while retaining its authentic character. It is thus immediately ready for safe hanging and daily use without compromising its historical value. Given its stylistic purity, high-quality material composition, and excellent restored condition, this chandelier holds high collector and aesthetic value. In a contemporary interior, it functions not only as a fully functional and practical lighting fixture, but primarily as a striking artistic accent with an unmistakable genius loci that will delight any enthusiast of classic interwar design.
