Product description
This is a set of replacement parts, 2 x seat, designed for a chair in the style of Marcel Breuer. The set is made from a combination of light beech wood and natural rattan wickerwork, characteristic of the Bauhaus era.
The construction consists of a solid beech wood frame with rounded corners, in which a wickerwork (cannage) panel is stretched. This technique ensures a light, resilient, and comfortable seat. The natural color of the wood and rattan gives an authentic and timeless look that seamlessly matches the original design.
The overall condition of the set is very good, making it ideal for restoring an existing Breuer chair. The parts are structurally intact and retain their original shape and character. Please note: this only concerns the seat, not the complete chair.
With these parts, a design classic can be restored and given new life within various interior styles, from modern and minimalist to more eclectic or vintage-inspired spaces.
