Product description
This mid-century modern armchair presents a striking silhouette characteristic of the era's design ethos. The piece combines a structured, angular frame with inviting upholstery, creating a balance between architectural form and comfort.
The chair features a dual-tone upholstery scheme, pairing a textured grey wool fabric (Kvadrat) on the seat and backrest with a smooth, sage-green material on the exterior shell ( Vyva fabrics, Cambridge). The armrests are capped with polished wood, adding a warm, organic element to the design. The piece is supported by slender, tapered metal legs that elevate the structure, enhancing its visual lightness.
The armchair is in great condition, having been refurbished to preserve its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. The metal legs have some rust.
This armchair is well-suited for a variety of interior settings, from a dedicated reading corner to a prominent position in a living room. Its mid-century modern style pairs effortlessly with both vintage and contemporary decor, offering a versatile seating solution.
