About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a true Dutch design classic: the Cleopatra daybed, designed by Dick Cordemeijer for Auping in the 1950s. It is an iconic and timeless design known for its minimalist and elegant lines.
The daybed has a solid, black metal frame that forms a beautiful contrast with the newly upholstered mattress. The fabric features a striking geometric pattern in earthy tones such as brown, yellow, taupe, and black, giving it a contemporary look. This versatile piece of furniture can serve as a sofa, guest bed, or a comfortable place to relax. Cat not included and it was the only time it was allowed to stay.
Thanks to the renovation, this vintage daybed is completely ready for a second life. It is in excellent condition and combines the character of a mid-century design with modern comfort. It fits effortlessly into various interior styles, from retro and Scandinavian to a more eclectic decor.
