Product description
Vintage wall sconce attributed to Massive Belgium, with a clean and modernist glossy red metal curved arm and a contrasting Richard Essig ornate textured glass globe with cream and amber details. One available.
The clean vivid red sconce was fabricated by Massive, a lighting powerhouse in Belgium in the 1970s, and the globe is Richard Essig, a German lighting manufacturer from the same period. The eclectic combination creates a Space Age / Italian modernist aesthetic with a bright pop of red and glamour - the glossy red metal arm curving outward from a circular wall plate to support a globe with a ribbed, fish scale mermaid scalloped texture.
It would work beautifully as accent lighting beside a bed, in an entryway, in a reading corner. Wall screws not included, please use hardware appropriate to your walls.
