Product description
A finely proportioned pair of cocktail chairs from the German post-war modernist period, designed by Fritz Neth and manufactured by Correcta Sitzformbau in Kassel. These models exemplify the elegant restraint and balanced design language of the 1950s.
The softly rounded silhouette conveys both lightness and comfort. The upholstery, renewed by the previous owners in a deep, warm red with a soft feel, accentuates the sculptural form. The chairs have recently been professionally cleaned.
Characteristic are the slender, splayed legs in black lacquered metal, which lend the design a floating elegance and create a striking contrast to the voluminous frame.
