The ceramic vase was made in the 1960s by the German manufacturer Scheurich.
A monumental ceramic vase in intense shades of red and orange, covered in the characteristic Fat Lava glaze. The slender, elongated form is emphasised by the rich texture of the glaze, which lends the piece depth and expressiveness. An iconic example of West German pottery design, prized by collectors worldwide.
