Amersfoort (1st grade) and the Royal Academy in 's-Hertogenbosch. Initially,
Rozemeijer created monumental works of clay, and subsequently objects and installations of wood, metal, and cement. In addition, she has always drawn and painted, and
just as with her sculptures, she manages to evoke a special atmosphere with them.
People, animals, patterns, or buildings—actually nothing special. The visual
outer world influences her inner world and returns on the canvas in a blended form. In recent years, she has been particularly fascinated by spaces, buildings, and
reflections. Recognizable things, but not an exact representation of reality.
