Product description
This Ravenhead Hobnob drinks set from the 1960s consists of a pitcher and five matching glasses, finished in a distinctive turquoise hue. The design reflects the progressive glassmaking of that decade, where functionality and a pronounced aesthetic go hand in hand.
The set is crafted from clear, colored pressed glass and stands out thanks to the textured studded pattern on the underside of both the pitcher and the glasses. This detail not only provides a visual accent but also ensures extra grip and stability. The pitcher features a sturdy, angular handle and a subtle pouring spout. The vibrant turquoise color, also known as aqua, is typical of Mid-Century Modern design and retains its clarity under varying lighting conditions.
The set is in excellent vintage condition. The glassware is clear and the structural integrity of all parts is fully preserved, indicating careful use over the years.
This drinks set makes a sophisticated addition to a set table or an open wall cabinet. The design fits seamlessly into both a retro-inspired interior and a more eclectic, modern setting, where it serves as a functional and decorative color accent.
