Beautiful and unusual vintage mini easel crafted in heavy brass, with an elegant architectural construction and wonderful golden patina. Unlike the lightweight decorative easels commonly found, this is a substantial, weighty piece with a solid rectangular base and an adjustable upper support, allowing it to accommodate different sizes of artwork, photographs, menus or decorative panels. A particularly stylish object in its own right — perfect for displaying a small painting, artwork, framed photograph or even a favourite book. Its clean geometric construction gives it a strong Hollywood Regency / mid-century modern character. Approx. 40 cm high × 20 cm wide at the base. Adjustable picture support. Good vintage condition with natural patina, surface marks and areas of wear to the brass, clearly visible in the photographs and consistent with age.
