Product description
The rare Circle rocking chair, designed by Yngve Ekström for Swedese, is an iconic example of Scandinavian design.
This specific piece stands out due to its distinctive round silhouette and elegant slatted back, which together create an airy and inviting design language.
Crafted from white lacquered wood, this chair offers a fresh and timeless look. The construction showcases Swedese's craftsmanship, with carefully placed slats supporting the round backrest. The seat features a contrasting red cushion, adding a lively accent to the ensemble. The chair rests on sturdy wooden rocking legs, typical of the design.
The chair is in good condition with characteristic signs of use consistent with its age. The original white finish displays an authentic patina, contributing to the vintage charm of the piece.
This rocking chair looks excellent in a modern or Scandinavian interior. It is a striking piece for a living room or reading nook, where it offers both visual interest and comfortable seating.
