Product description
This Art Deco folding serving tray is a rare piece that combines the elegance of luxury ocean liners with modern functionality.
A design conceived for display:
Although originally designed as an ergonomic bed tray (its curved shape perfectly conforms to the body), it now serves as a display stand. Its 21 cm height allows you to elevate your favorite pieces—vases, sculptures, or curiosities—to add visual interest to your interior décor.
Materials and Lightness:
Graphic contrasts: Zebrano veneer border with spectacular grain, center likely made of mahogany.
A two-tone geometric marquetry band encircles the central panel.
An incredibly lightweight structure, making it easy to move around as you wish.
Condition and Details:
The original folding mechanism is fully functional. The metal legs and supports attest to careful craftsmanship from the 1930s. Beautiful vintage condition with an authentic patina.
Dimensions: 51 x 35 x 21 cm.
