ENG A beautiful and rare Danish UFO pendant lamp designed by Knud Christensen for Lyskaer Belysning in the 1970s. With its distinctive UFO-shaped silhouette, this lamp is a wonderful example of Scandinavian Space Age design. The combination of painted metal and plastic diffusers creates a sculptural yet understated appearance, while the diffusers provide a warm, soft and pleasantly diffused light when illuminated. The timeless Danish design makes this lamp a real statement piece above a dining table, kitchen island or in a living space. Its compact size also makes it particularly versatile. A striking addition to both contemporary and Mid-Century Modern interiors. NL Een prachtige en zeldzame Deense UFO-hanglamp, ontworpen door Knud Christensen voor Lyskaer Belysning in de jaren 70. Met zijn karakteristieke UFO-vorm is deze lamp een mooi voorbeeld van Scandinavisch Space Age design. De combinatie van gelakt metaal en kunststof diffusers geeft de lamp een sculpturale maar tegelijkertijd ingetogen uitstraling. De diffusers zorgen, wanneer de lamp brandt, voor een warm, zacht en aangenaam diffuus licht. Het tijdloze Deense ontwerp maakt deze lamp tot een echte eyecatcher boven een eettafel, kookeiland of in de woonkamer. Dankzij het relatief compacte formaat is de lamp bovendien veelzijdig te plaatsen.
