Rare Brass Sailing Ship – Signed and Made in 1912
A beautiful brass sailing ship, crafted entirely from brass and signed in 1912 by Louis Verstraeten for Mr. P.D. Soudyn, on the occasion of his 25th anniversary (1887 – January 2, 1912). Now, 113 years later, this piece remains a remarkable decorative object, with its original character and charm intact.
Originally, the ship had three extra sails, which will be included with the purchase should you wish to install them.
