Product description
This is the rare art book 'Vasarely II', a beautiful overview dedicated to the master of Op Art, Victor Vasarely. The book is a visual spectacle that perfectly captures the artist's characteristic geometric and optical illusions.
Published by Éditions du Griffon Neuchâtel in 1973, this book was printed in Switzerland and contains a rich collection of Vasarely's work. The book is crafted from high-quality paper and displays a multitude of colors, including striking blue, red, and yellow hues that bring the artist's dynamic compositions to life. The pages feature both color and black-and-white reproductions, as well as transparent overlays that enhance the optical effects.
The book is in mint condition, which is exceptional for a publication from this period. The pages are clear and the colors are still vibrant, making it a valuable collector's item for modern art enthusiasts.
This coffee table book is a fantastic addition to any interior with a penchant for Mid-Century Modern or Pop Art design. It comes into its own beautifully on a coffee table or in an open bookcase, where it serves not only as reading material but also as a striking decorative object.
