Product description
This authentic antique ship's wheel has been crafted. The object represents a classic piece of maritime history, characterized by traditional craftsmanship and robust materials. The wheel is constructed from solid wood with a deep, warm finish and is reinforced with brass and metal details. The construction features the characteristic eight spokes and a central brass hub, designed for durability at sea. An original copper nameplate confirms the provenance and maker of this maritime instrument. The object is in a condition befitting its age and original use, with an authentic patina that enhances its character. Structural integrity has been preserved, attesting to the quality of the original manufacture. This ship's wheel serves as a striking decorative object in a nautically inspired interior or as a historical accent in a study or library. It adds an element of adventure and maritime tradition to the space. The diameter of the circle is 60 cm; the wheel without the brass center is 6 cm thick. Available for pickup or to be arranged via courier.
