Rare 50s cabinet. Unfortunately, we cannot identify the designer, but this piece of furniture is most certainly ‘aesthetically pleasing’, and the design and use of materials show that it is a true Mid-Century piece. Moreover, it is multifunctional. It serves as a display cabinet for delicate beautiful items, a cabinet with doors for storage, and a shelf for books. The tambour doors are also practical because they slide into the cabinet and do not fall out. The uprights are made of oak, and the cabinets/shelf of teak and teak veneer. In good vintage condition.
