This is a photographic work by the Dutch artist and director Ramón Gieling, dating from 1974. The work is an intimate portrait of the famous artist Roland Topor, captured in Rotterdam, and shows a moment of contemplation.
This silver gelatin print on paper is one of only two copies printed by the artist himself. The work is hand-signed and dated by Gieling, confirming its authenticity and direct connection to the creator.
