Product description
Composition of 3 pendant lights in smoked gray glass and brass. Designed by Frank Ligtelijn in 1968 for Raak, a renowned lighting manufacturer.
Called Maxi Bulb, Maxi Light, or Maxi Globe, it is truly spectacular! The shape is a nod to Thomas Edison's incandescent light bulb: a bulb within a bulb!
This composition, available in the Raak catalog, consists of 3 imposing globes, which can be arranged in a cluster or in a row:
B1259: 28H diam 20
B1260: 35H diam 23
B1261: 42H diam 26
E27 porcelain sockets. Labels present.
White 3-hole ceiling rose.
Each globe beautifully enhances both warm (retro effect) and cool lighting. See photos at the end (2 warm and 1 cool with LEDs whose glass has been removed).
