Marked: Factory label Vintage RAAK wall lamp called 'Star Rain' (model C-1627-24) designed by E.J. Jelles for Raak in 1966. Small and large stars tantalizing against the background together form a yet unknown constellation. The starlets are actually perforations in the metal, curling outward in a circular fashion. A metal graphic, "change Art" glows on the wall. The condition of this wall lamp is fair/good (see photos). Source: Raak catalog 7 page 17 and catalog 9 page 42 This is a vintage item.
