This pendant lamp from the Cascade Series, model B.1152, is a characteristic design by Raak Amsterdam from the 1980s. The fixture stands out due to the spherical glass shade with a subtle droplet decoration, which ensures refined light diffusion and a distinctive appearance.
The lamp is crafted from clear glass combined with chrome-plated metal, creating a sleek and timeless contrast. The original Raak Amsterdam label, including the mention 'made in holland' and model number B.1152, is still present on the fixture, confirming the authenticity of this piece. The transparent and silver-colored finish makes it a versatile object that integrates effortlessly into various interiors.
The object is in very neat condition, with the materials retaining their original shine and integrity. The construction is solid and the original details have remained intact.
This Raak Amsterdam pendant lamp comes into its own perfectly above a dining table or in a hallway, where the teardrop decoration creates an atmospheric play of light. The design fits seamlessly into both vintage and modern interiors.
