Expressive graphic etching from 1965 by artist Frans Struikel. The print depicts two figures in an intimate, almost dancing pose, constructed from free and dynamic lines. The technique clearly shows the spontaneous linework of the drypoint, with multiple sketch lines remaining visible in the composition. This work is part of a very small edition of only ten copies and is hand-signed and numbered by the artist. Prints from such small editions are relatively scarce on the market and are generally appreciated by collectors of modern printmaking from the sixties.
Condition: Good condition. Paper slightly discolored consistent with age. Professionally framed.
