Product description
This vintage armchair is a representative example of the Baroque style, characterized by a richly decorated wooden frame and luxurious leather upholstery. The design combines the stately elegance of classic furniture with the comfort of a spacious seat, making it a striking and characterful object.
The construction consists of a solid wooden frame with refined carvings on the cornice, armrests, and legs. The upholstery is made of chestnut brown leather, with the high backrest featuring deep tufting in the Chesterfield style. The edges are finished with decorative nails that emphasize its artisanal character. The estimated dimensions are a height of 105 cm, a width of 65 cm, and a depth of 55 cm, with a seat height of approximately 35 cm.
The armchair is in good vintage condition, consistent with its age and use. The leather on the seat has developed an authentic patina, contributing to the lived-in appearance of the furniture. The wooden frame is structurally solid and stable, and the tufting is intact.
Thanks to its expressive design, this armchair functions excellently as a solitary statement piece in a classic or eclectic interior. It is a comfortable and stylish addition to a living room, library, or study.
