This striking postmodern floor lamp from the 1980s or 1990s combines playful geometric shapes with a functional lighting design. The fixture is a typical example of the expressive design language of that period, in which asymmetry and unconventional materials took center stage.
The lamp is crafted from a combination of metal and wood, resting on a round wooden base. The central metal stand supports an uplighter with a silver-colored reflector, while an adjustable side arm with a triangular wooden accent features a halogen spotlight for focused reading light. A striking wooden element in the center of the stand serves as a visual anchor point for the curved lines of the design. The lamp is equipped with a floor switch for easy operation.
