Pode Delano Rug - 200x300 Dream away into the world of the Pode Delano. A rug by designer Claire Vos. A series of hand-woven rugs, their simplicity and structure make them a beautiful addition to your interior. Each rug is hand-dyed, making each one unique. The weaving technique used for the Delano also requires craftsmanship, and it shows. The geometric centerpiece is made of wool and is reinforced at the end with 50% viscose, creating a unique visual effect. Textile designer Claire Vos specializes in reinterpreting traditional techniques and shapes. While her inspiration may be an Indonesian ikat or Dutch blanket, the end result is entirely contemporary. Vos, a graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven, studied her craft in Italy, Switzerland, and Indonesia before settling in the Netherlands, where she shares a studio with her husband, Roderick Vos.
