Product description
✨ Italian Charm – Large Vintage Florentine Giltwood Tray ✨
Ideal for Shabby Chic, Romantic, or Hollywood Regency style decor. I am offering this magnificent large Baroque-style serving tray, an authentic piece of craftsmanship from Florence, Italy, dating from the 1960s/1970s.
Made of lightweight carved wood, it retains its original soft cream/yellow patina, enhanced by superb ornaments and classic gilt leaf scrolls. Its scalloped edges form two convenient side handles.
📐 Specifications:
- Origin: Made in Italy (Florence)
- Material: Carved wood and gilt stucco
- Dimensions: 44 cm x 30 cm
- Height: 2 cm
🔍 Condition: The tray is in beautiful vintage condition. It displays an authentic patina and slight wear or crazing from use on the decoration (including a small area of lightening on the glaze in the center), which adds to the charm and authenticity of these Italian antique pieces. There are no major flaws in the wooden structure.
A very beautiful decorative object, elegant for serving tea or placing on a dressing table or sideboard.
