Product description
Frame of a PK22 lounge chair by Poul Kjærholm, manufactured by E. Kold Christensen (Denmark), purchased in the late 1960s or early 1970s.
This is an authentic frame with the EKC stamp and stickers (see photos).
The original leather upholstery was replaced with canvas in the 1990s due to wear, but the frame itself is intact and unaltered.
This is an original EKC production from the early series, with hand-welded seams, original Allen screws, stickers, and the brushed steel finish typical of this period.
The steel frame is in good condition, with minor surface oxidation and wear on the legs, consistent with its age. See photos.
