Beautiful vintage cake plate from the Art Deco period, pastry dish made of pink or orange colored pressed glass, also known as depression glass, unmarked, design attributed to Val Saint Lambert, Belgium, 1930s.
Characteristic of depression glass are small imperfections, glass lines, and small air bubbles; this is not damage but rather a means to demonstrate authenticity.
This beautiful cake plate is in very good vintage condition, showing signs of age and use appropriate for its age and material, such as minute superficial scratches but no cracks, breaks, or chips; check the photos for more details!
