Sculpture by the renowned French designer Pierre Giraudon, created in the 1970s. This unique pop art object depicts a light bulb that appears to float within a transparent block of lucite (synthetic resin). Thanks to the phosphorescent finish, the bulb emits a soft green light in the dark, further emphasizing the floating effect.
The light bulb is fully encapsulated in resin and serves as a beautiful example of the iconic pop art and design objects for which Giraudon is known. A true classic and a striking collector's item for lovers of vintage design and pop art.
