Product description
This is a copy of "Picasso's Women: Fernande to Jacqueline", a hardcover art book that pays tribute to the famous art historian John Richardson. The book offers an in-depth exploration of the women who were Pablo Picasso's muses and played a crucial role in his life and artistic development. The book has a blue, linen-bound cover with gold foil lettering and an inset art reproduction on the front. The content includes a rich collection of Picasso's works, supplemented with photographic material. The publication is published by Rizzoli and is presented with a unique dust jacket, designed as a replica of The Observer's Weekend Review from October 21, 1962, featuring an article by John Richardson himself. The book itself is in excellent condition, with clean pages and a sturdy binding. The dust jacket, which is an integral part of the conceptual design, shows characteristic wear consistent with the newspaper-effect. The whole forms a complete and well-maintained copy. This Coffee table book is an essential addition to the library of any lover of modern art, art history, or Picasso's biography. It offers not only visual splendor but also a profound insight into the relationship between the artist and his muses.
